Direct answer

Clear Hardcore on the arena to unlock its Boss Rush. The run begins normally, then the Final Boss appears at 10:00. Build one reliable wave-clear attack first, add focused boss damage, and stop spending levels on effects that only pay off in a long Infinite run.

Unlock it for each arena

Boss Rush unlocks after Hardcore for that map. Bio Lab follows the same per-arena rule; clearing Hardcore elsewhere does not replace the Bio Lab clear.

Use the ten-minute setup window

The opening is a normal run, so weak wave clear can end the attempt before the boss appears. Give the leader one dependable area attack, finish a main weapon path, and recruit survivors who strengthen the weapon and tags you have already picked.

Build for the timed kill

The leaderboard rewards a faster Final Boss kill. Carry one focused weapon or ability into 10:00, preserve enough movement to avoid boss patterns, and skip slow scaling pieces whose value depends on many more minutes of item collection.

Before entering, pick the damage source that must finish

Choose a developed leader and one weapon or ability that can damage the arena boss consistently. Check that its evolution is unlocked in the permanent tree. A theoretical boss build cannot mature in ten minutes when the account still lacks its final nodes, rerolls, or banishes.

Minutes 0 to 3: earn levels without opening every line

Take one area attack or piercing weapon that clears basic enemies, then return levels to the leader's main path. The opening goal is experience flow. A pure single-target setup reaches the boss under-levelled because normal enemies stay alive and gems remain inside the horde.

Minutes 3 to 7: complete the squad around the plan

Recruit a survivor who adds control, a matching tag, or a team passive that benefits the carry. Use the third slot for the missing job. Do not spend scarce levels on all three starting weapons unless each one advances the same boss plan.

Minutes 7 to 10: stop adding new dependencies

Finish the main evolution, add cooldown or reload support that matches its firing cycle, and take enough movement or defense to survive the boss pattern. An item that needs another status, tag threshold, or long kill counter is a poor late pick when its condition will not be ready at 10:00.

At 10:00, protect damage uptime

Enter the spawn with room to move and avoid collecting a risky chest as the timer turns. Keep the boss inside the preferred range of the main weapon, use manual aim when available, and move early through telegraphed attacks. Damage on the results screen matters less than the time spent unable to attack.

Change one thing after each attempt

  • Died before 10:00: add earlier area clear or control
  • Reached the boss under-levelled: improve kill speed and pickup routes
  • Survived but killed slowly: remove a support line and finish focused damage sooner
  • Lost damage while dodging: add movement speed, range, or an autonomous attack
